Final Project

A few months ago I had the opportunity to start a project where I could develop my career skills required. It was a totally engaging and gave security to grow professionally and labor, using the contacts and knowledge of experts in a consulting environment. I could apply my skills in customer service together with a group of engineers focused on developing self-sustaining, well focused and directed marketing and engineering to create a consulting leader in providing quality service in the hotel sector. I have to admit that this was a wonderful idea and the future was secured as it is an issue in any company that is having an amazing boom.

Wonderful ideas with a team full of experience and knowledge, but unfortunately the intentions of those were wrong and the conflict of interest and contention in the draft criteria was dropped and the term of a couple of months nothing materialized. It is an experience and a risk I took and I was ready to leave Starbucks for a project as ambitious and at the end nothing came, my performance dropped by Starbucks and I began to devote more focus on another project and is a lesson I learned when I account that can take a chance to win and lose if ... ....

The bill would have worked?

Starbucks and would have left a consulting group where our customers have access to training where to assess internal and external factors of the company directly and indirectly affect customer service and experience within the company, as well as affecting in the operation by not providing a service that exceeds customer expectations, an ambitious project and the domain of the environment and knowing the strengths give it a push where the company became self-sustaining and achieve the best companies as clients. A short term projection and a medium-term national, international, with a presence in many countries, setting the trend in business, recognition and popularity by the members and the prestige that would have in the company.

Had not paid attention to this project and focus to my growth in my business?

The situation would be totally different because at that time was referred to growth within the same company and had turned to see my work, all we lacked was experience and perseverance, focused, and had continued to ensure that at this time and may take several months in the position to which he was being trained with same training projects and internal certifications in quality and expertise and domain management as well as standards and possibly be at a different store with a medium term project where the growth or change area would be one of my drivers.

Conclusion:

Among the decisions we make are two stories behind what would have happened if he had made another decision that completely changed the result and the life of a turn where the roads change for better or worse or just change

For a long time I was afraid for the famous, untouchable, unattainable, uncontrolled, feeling named LOVE, I though it doesn’t exist for me, and the people who describe it was dreamers and I was happy for them but I knew that never feel that.

But now a day my life took a 360 ° rotation about love… I found in a wonderful person the reason to live and the reason of my life, and now know it is true for give me and awake feelings inside my soul that have been underground on my mind. Sometimes I think maybe it’s a beautifully dream from where I don´t want to awake. Forever live in a infinite word of happiness and joy whit my lover and I.

A kiss… a kiss could make fly across the clouds and run into the sun of that velvet eyes that show me the universe and the moon through stars on sky.

There´s nothing you can do you always do the same

Since I was a little child I always have different way of think as if I wasn´t from here I have had many times the same reflection about life, there are the way, there are something that force you to do, make, think, believe as people does, but… it´s the way that I want and I have wished for me? I don´t think so… maybe there the reason that all of them say I’m rebel and likes to go against in the current but my spirit free whit my rambler soul and my heart beats high even the adrenaline running through my veins, can´t stop me and the song of my life sounds in the air and mind, voices on my head That pushed me to take risks. Yes I do! Yes I can´t deny and I wont...

Make a decision

There are ideas on your mind flying across the rules and defying the gravity, the time when you have to decide just  take a breath, found a moment , and gotta do what the best for you, maybe you have got to move on and be who you are, there are the place where you really belong. Take courage and shine through the darkness where al pains and tears belong.

A deal whit yourself is really have something special on your life, something to fight for, may it´s a little bit for everyone but it´s all for you, they don´t have to understand it´s  more than enough  for you. Get little crazy and stupid, have fun whit your life and honestly whit yourself no matter what the people say cause you’re not the only one… holding tight your dream, don´t let go be strong.

The pleasure to train new talent.
In my work I have the responsibility of learning coach who is in charge of training each one of the new "children " and teaching them about standards and what we are in Starbucks, we do and why wedo it. First Impressions: soak the new partner that Starbucks is more than just a coffee and all that lies behind each of the preparedcups, regions in which it is grown and processing methods, ineverything we do Starbucks and it's true what they say that each ofthe partners in Starbucks are ambassadors for the brand and I havetattooed on my heart, a passion that is shared and grows over timeand commit to something besides being a Work is something that I like is one way to convey that passion and inject a spark of the siren.
